Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Automatic renewal

Paid memberships are sold on a one-month term. Each membership renews automatically for another one-month term at the then-current price until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment beyond the current month and no free trial. We disclose the price, the monthly billing, and how to cancel before collecting your billing details. If a price increases we will notify you before it takes effect, and the new price applies only to months beginning after that notice.

2. How to cancel

Cancel at any time, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe and without speaking to anyone: Settings > Membership > Cancel membership; through Apple or Google if you subscribed there; by email to support@7secondsdating.com; or by phone at 1-877-341-0767. Cancel at least 24 hours before your monthly renewal date. You keep paid features through the end of the month you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your membership.

3. Refunds generally

Except as provided in sections 4, 5 and 6, payments are non-refundable; we do not refund partial months, unused time, or one-time items once used. Deleting your account ends your membership immediately and forfeits remaining paid time and unused items. Accounts closed for violating our rules are not refunded. If we close your account for any other reason, or discontinue the Services, we refund the unused portion.

4. Three-day right to cancel (certain states)

If you reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Wisconsin, state dating-service law gives you this right:

YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT, WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION, AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY FOLLOWING THE DATE YOU SUBSCRIBED.

No reason is required; business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Send written notice — any clear statement that you are canceling — to the address in section 9; mailed notice is effective on the postmark date. We refund everything you paid for that membership within 10 days of receiving your notice. A new three-day right arises with each new membership; an automatic renewal does not restart it.

5. Death, disability, relocation

If you reside in a state listed in section 4, you are entitled to a refund of the unused portion of your membership if you die during the term (your estate may claim it), become disabled and cannot reasonably use the Services, or relocate more than 50 miles from the address on file to where the Services are unavailable. Send notice with reasonable proof; we pay within 10 days. These rights cannot be waived.

6. Billing errors

Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, charges after cancellation, and charges you did not authorize are refunded in full, wherever you live. Report the charge within 60 days.

7. Purchases through Apple or Google

If you subscribed inside the app, Apple or Google processed that payment, holds the funds, and decides refunds under its own policy — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. If either declines a refund owed to you under section 4 or 5, forward us the decline and we will pay it directly within 10 days. Subscriptions do not transfer between platforms; cancel on your old platform to avoid duplicate billing. Duplicate subscriptions are not refundable.

8. Chargebacks

Contact us before filing a chargeback. We may suspend an account while a dispute is open, but we will not retaliate against you for a legitimate billing complaint, and filing one does not remove any right under sections 4, 5 or 6.

Updates to this Policy are posted with a revised Effective Date and never reduce a refund right already attached to a purchase you made.
